Chicken Meatballs Cooked In Tomato Sauce
Nonna started making this healthier version of the traditional meatball last year, and shares her tips for creating tender, moist meatballs she serves as a main course. The sauce is wonderful to use on your pasta of choice.

Italian Style Meatloaf
Nonna's meatloaf recipe is great hot or cold, and if you think meatloaf is bland, you haven't tasted this one. Try serving this meatloaf with a dish of sauteed greens, and garlic mashed potatoes.

Baccala With Polenta
This recipe is for the traditional Italian seafood called baccala, which is simply salted cod. In this recipe, it is cooked in a tasty tomato sauce and served over soft polenta.

Roasted Rabbit
Nonna Lina makes a tasty rabbit dish that is so easy to prepare anyone can do it. Rabbit is similar to chicken in taste, although there is not a great deal of meat on the rabbit as a rule. Properly cooked however, it is delicious, and a special treat for the family.

Homemade Italian Sausages
Making your own great homemade sausages is very common in many Italian families. Nonna's family makes these sausages every year for both herself and her children. The nice part about making your own sausages is that you know exactly what goes into them, unlike many you may buy at the store. Also, you can season them to meet your preferences which ensures you get the best tasting sausage.
